Set Up Raise to Wake
In iOS 10 you can easily wake your iPhone simply by raising it, thanks to the new feature called Raise to Wake. This feature allows you to easily see new notifications from your device. Please note that this feature is now available to all supported devices like iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. How to Turn On Raise to Wake in iOS 10
This feature is already defaulted on when you download the iOS 10. However, you can also get it manually. Here’s how:
- Launch Settings
- Tap Display & Brightness
- Tap the Raise to Wake switch to on
- That’s it. You should see the switch in green
However, if, for some reasons, you don’t like this feature, you can simply turn it off. It is pretty easy to do it. Check this out!

Raise to Wake feature in iOS 10 helps you to easily see new notifications and make some responses. The 3D touch on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus allows you to simply press deeply to response to the notifications.
